Someone has a good share of the revenue?

My brother and I are throwing my parents a surprise 25th birthday wedding. Us some ideas about what to do, but I was wondering if anyone has recipes for happy birthday, instead of the normal food of my family did. Thank you. I have added earlier around 60-75 people.

When my brother and I had a 40th anniversary of my parents, we had about 30 people there. My mother wanted to help prepare the meal with my (my brother is the planner, I'm the "do-er"). We serve lunch meat and bread, homemade potato salad, boiled eggs with hot sauce, macaroni salad with smoked salmon, a dish of fruit with honey, melon, watermelon, grapes, strawberries, kiwis and cherries, my mother's favorite of all cakes – coconut cake – coconut has in the cake itself – cream of coconut extract, coconut, coconut. I also used homemade Chinese BBQ pork with toasted sesame seeds and spicy Chinese mustard (I used powder mustard, vinegar and boiling water and hot-doubt). Her condiments for the sandwiches also trenches on the onions, tomatoes, cheese and lettuce. I do not remember if I had the cabbage or not. These are the foods my mother asked. Wise, hello! DO NOT put rounds of 75 eggs for garbage collection as I have tried – PLUGGED This Sucker right up! Ended land peeling potatoes in the bathtub if we could have running water. With a lot of memories of the day. You could ask your parents about your favorite foods are (if not known already) and serve the people. Especially if your mother does not make more because there are "only two of us." For its 50th has been included. It was my brother and the idea of his wife. They had a band and dancing. For his 60th we had an open day for people came through their house during the day. Once again we had to decide my mother's favorite. And I love the potato salad and deviled eggs land. I think we had fried chicken this year. They are now in their year 62.
