Spring Break Trip referred legal?
A friend and I are planning a ski trip for spring break. Mainly young 18yr but there are some young 17yr. We are concerned that if someone gets hurt, or their parents may want to sue for something. I mean they are all our friends, but you never know and do not want take risks, and someone is injured almost always skiing. If you have a kind of consent or renunciation? If yes, where I can find a free country? We live in Kansas, and travel to Colorado to ski. Thanks!
You would be responsible for taking into account their age, but it depends on the laws of your state. Google! Check in line with the laws of the State of Kansas, but I'm sure 17 years of age will require parental consent. I would be judicious driving.
