texas parenting time guidelines
Does anyone know the attendance of the basic guidelines for newborns in the state of Texas? (The father)?
My brother is trying to mediate a custody case of a woman who never married and is told by the biological mother can not see his daughter for 1 month without that occurs during the first 2 years. We had hoped to address this problem without a lawyer and can not find this "rule" in any of our research. There would be a person present which could help with all problems of infant and only takes a couple of hours, while she is so young. Any information would be appreciated, I called the Attorney Today, did not call back again and he is worried sick. Paternity has not been established but the mother insisted that the child is his and that considers that this is true. My brother is a paid job and has no criminal record that would make his visit a risk. The mother is unemployed, has no car and lives with his parents and two children and was very unstable and threatening our family.
